After a 5th place finish in the 2016 Rio Olympics, Dutch Rower Govert Viergever is using neurofeedback, cold and hot thermogenesis, keto dieting and other biohacking staples in his training program as he goes for gold in Tokyo in 2020.
Uncommonly small for a rower, Govert was overlooked by his National team coaches, until his nutritional expertise landed him a consulting opportunity for the Olympic Team.
